✈ Scheduled Airline Failure Insurance (SAFI)

If your airline were ever to cease trading, you’re protected. You will either be refunded or rebooked on another airline without extra charges.

💼 ATOL Protection (Per Traveller)

All flight-inclusive packages from the UK include ATOL financial protection. Every traveller receives an ATOL Certificate confirming the services covered and the protection guaranteed by law.

🧳 Required Personal Travel Insurance

We require every traveller to hold their own travel insurance. This protects you against life events outside the control of Twelve Pilgrims such as illness, medical care abroad, or emergency cancellations.

Every payment you make is held securely in a dedicated trust account through Protected Trust Services (PTS).
